Trailhead can be confusing for beginners, but it's going to be a place that you need to be going to on a daily basis. As you visit the website more and more you'll get better at navigating how to use it. It just takes time and practice. Create an account and start doing the Marketing Cloud Administrator or Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Trailhead trailmixes that I mentioned earlier.
